Our Meals


  • Please store all meals in your freezer promptly after receiving your delivery

  • All meals can be reheated in the microwave or oven in under 5 minutes - please read instructions on each food container.

    We recommend thawing meals for 24 hours prior to reheating meals. If thawing meals, please ensure the refrigeration temperature is below 40 F. Thawed meals can last up to 3 days in the refrigerator prior to spoiling.

  • Each container has a “Best By” date listed on its label. Meals can last a week longer than the “Best By” date if they remain in the freezer the entire duration, but may experience changes in quality.

    Please check each meal for noticeable signs of spoilage if consuming after the “Best By” date.

  • All meal containers include a list of ingredients used in each meal. Please read the nutrition label prior to eating your meals.

    If you have special allergy requirements, please contact support@hearthmeals.com with your allergy information.

  • If you have specific dietary requirements, please contact support@hearthmeals.com with your dietary needs.

  • Please contact support@hearthmeals.com, and we will schedule a 15 minute call to address any questions.

Delivery


  • We currently offer 1-day delivery to Connecticut, Delaware, Maryland, New York*, New Jersey, Pennsylvania*, and Rhode Island. (* - 1-day delivery available in certain locations in NY and PA, contact support@hearthmeals.com to confirm our service area)

  • Meals are delivered weekly each Friday.

  • $11 per weekly order

  • Please contact orders@hearthmeals.com if your meals arrive damaged. Provide a description and images of the issue, and our team will work with you to resolve the issue.

Orders


  • Yes - please contact orders@hearthmeals.com by Monday at 11:59 PM EST weekly to pause your subscription.

  • Yes - please contact orders@hearthmeals.com by Monday at 11:59 PM EST weekly to cancel your subscription.

  • We accept all major credit card providers.

  • Yes - please contact orders@hearthmeals.com by Monday at 11:59 PM EST weekly to change the weekly order amount.

    Our minimum order quantity is 8 meals per week.

  • Due to the perishable nature of our meals, we do not accept returns under any circumstances.

    For any damaged, spoiled, or missing shipments, please contact orders@hearthmeals.com within seven (7) days of delivery. A member of our team will review your issue, and based on the circumstances, may provide a refund.

Other


  • While health results are not guaranteed, many clients experience positive benefits within several weeks of our medically tailored meals. The longer you subscribe to our service, the more likely you may be to experience meaningful changes in health outcomes!

    Clients with diabetes experienced meaningful results after 10+ weeks on the service.

  • We do not offer nutrition counseling through Hearth Meals at this time. We partner with several registered dietitians (many which accept insurance), and can provide referrals if interested. Please contact araol@hearthmeals.com for more information.

  • Meal containers are BPA-free, and are microwave and freezer safe.

    Our insulation lining uses natural fibers, and are biodegradable and compostable.
